Baracnicka Rychta is a large Czech style pub hidden well from the busy streets of Mala Strana. The interior is mostly made of wood, with large benches and tables, and has old Czech decor, giving the place a medieval feeling. You can really feel from the moment you enter this place that it has a long history behind it.

Baracnicka Rychta has excellent food at reasonable prices, especially when considering the location. They serve a variety of flavorful beers from the Svijany brewery. If the weather is nice, you also can sit outdoor on their small terrace in the summers. It’s possible to rent this place for larger events, and there’s also a stage in the big hall for performances. This is a good place to go if you want to dine or drink well in a classic Czech pub, without paying typical Mala Strana prices.
