This surprisingly weak American pale ale (only 3.9%) from Matuska begins with a fruit aroma. It’s a clear, pale yellow. Starting with a yeasty taste and some citrus flavor, this beer has a strong bitterness from start to finish. At the end, there’s a pleasant hint of fruit. Even though only 9°, this is a fine beer.
