Saurus, Kocour’s 19° heavy bodied ale, has a rich, dark amber-orangish color and an heavy aroma of fermented fruit and caramel, all held together with a smokey twist. Having a lighter head, this beer has a heavy, almost syrupy texture that sits on top of your tongue. This is an earthy ale, with deep flavors of fermented fruit that become something almost like wine, blended with a strong maltiness and nicely bitter finish of hops. An excellent lager for daring beer drinkers!
