Klášter Světlý Ležák 11° is a simple, bitter sweet beer, with a pure hop aroma. This unpasteurized, medium-fermented lager has a thicker creamy foam. This is a fresh tasting beer good for hot summer days, as it’s not too strong, and easy to drink. This beer is brewed in Klášter Hradišt nad Jizerou, north east of Prague.
