The dark Ferdinand (11°) is one of the better Czech dark beers, with a smooth, rich taste, and not too sweet. This dark lager has a very sweet caramel flavor, with a hint of coffee. It is brewed at the Ferdinand brewery in Benesov, south west of Prague.
