This 16°(7.5%) beer combines the flavors of roasted nuts, bubblegum, and nutmeg, along with the tanginess of plums, into a rich, smooth ale. It has a heavy, intoxicating aroma, and a thick texture. It’s immediately sweet on the tip of your tongue, but evens out with bitterness. Made with some potent Japanese hops and at 75 IBUs, this ale has a has a nice bite.
