With a sweet start, the flavor on your tongue shifts from fermented fruit with a touch of cinnamon, to a more earthy, roaster caramel taste and rounds off to a nice, long bite of hops on the back of your tongue. The texture is smooth and velvety. An excellent, dynamic lager.
