Zlata Kovadlina

Neighborhood: Holesovice

Brewery: Velke Brezno Zlatopramen

Zlata Kovadlina (Golden Anvil) in Holesovice is not only a restaurant serving good beer from the Zlatopramen brewery, but also a bowling alley. From the first glance of the exterior, you might not want to venture in. But once inside, you’ll fine a large, pleasant area for beer drinking. They serve typical Czech food, which is fairly cheap, but nothing special. The crowd here varies, but a bit on the younger side. Try one of their ‘Rezane’ which is a very nice and smooth mixed lager (the equivalent of a Black and Tan). If you want to bowl, one hour should cost around 300 kc depending on when you play.

Beer:

Zlatopramen

  • Zlatopramen Svetle, pale lager - 11°
  • Zlatopramen Svetle, pale lager - 12°
  • Zlatopramen Rezane, mixed pale and dark lager - 11°

Velke Brezno

  • Breznak Svetle, pale lager - 10°
