Vinicni Altan is far from being a beer drinking place, though they serve Staropramen Lezak on tap. If you ever feel like you have had enough beer during the past few days, and would like to drink some good Czech wine, this is definitely the place to go. Serving wine grown and harvested from their very own vineyard, (which you will see), they also have a large selection of wines from other countries, and often specials. Embedded on a small hill of grapevines, this place has a beautiful terrace from where you have a nice view overlooking the park Havlickovy sady and the southern part of the city. Vinicni Altan serves wine, snacks, salads, and other simple food at a decent price. Like mentioned - they also serve Prague’s own favorite beer Staropramen Lezak.
