This little Czech pub just up the hill from Husinecka tram stop in Zizkov serves two beers from the Svinjany brewery, their light lager (Knize) and dark lager (Knezna). What is unique about this pub is both beers on tap are 13°- these are strong beers, so be careful! Frequented by a diverse crowd, you’ll find young beer lovers clad in black, older beer enthusiasts, and usually one or two dogs…all enjoying good beer, and quite often listening to metal music.

There are 3 smallish rooms to this pub, all full of large wooden tables and benches, or some smaller tables for two, and they can fill up quickly. U Bejvalejch only serves beer snacks, so don’t come with a huge appetite. Like other pubs typical of Zizkov, the beer is fresh and friendly for your wallet.
