Svejk

Svejk Svejk

Svejk is a famous Czech restaurant chain in the Czech republic, named after an even more famous story about the brave soldier Svejk, written by Jaroslav Hasek. This is a traditional Czech restaurant located a couple of hundred meters from Old Town Square, just off Parizska street. They have an extensive menu, which offers typical Czech cuisine, with some more uncommon beer snacks. Pilsner Urquell and dark Kozel are the beers offered on tap. The decor is quaint and charming, with a typical Czech feel. This restaurant is cheaper compared to places located right on the Old Town Square, but still more expensive then the average Czech restaurant. The service and food here are both very good. In the summers they also have a few tables outside, so you can enjoy a beer or meal along the street.
