Divci Skok
If you’re in the mood for a swim, or you want to escape the city and have a walk in a nice park, head to Divoka Sarka. Located within this rocky park is a very nice swimming area, with two pools; one has water that is warmer, and the other has colder water. Here you can also play ping ping, beach volleyball, and they have a trampoline for children.
If you’re hungry, they serve snacks and beer…but, the best beer is located about one hundred meters further down the path. Hospoda Divci Sarka serves beer from the Svijany brewery, and also has Kofola on tap. You can also have a snack with your beer, or a grilled klobasa. They have an indoor area, but most importantly a large outdoor area, surrounded by the forest. Popular among Czechs and tourist alike, and a stopover for bikers, this pub becomes quite busy on hot summer afternoons.
