One of Prague’s best pizza places is located between Krizikova and Florenc metro stations, in Karlin. Cihelna La Familia has an extensive menu including a big variety of Italian specialities. The interior has a more classy atmosphere than the average restaurant and the service is good.

This pub is located close to Letna park and serves good and cheap beer (the most expensive beer is only 25 czk). This Zlata Kovadlina is a sister pub to the restaurant and bowling alley in Holesovice with the same name. They don’t serve any larger meals, but beer snacks at a good price.

Zlata Kovadlina (Golden Anvil) in Holesovice is not only a restaurant but also a bowling alley. It’s a much nicer restaurant then you might think if you have only seen the exterior of the place. Their food is fairly cheap and good- but nothing special. The Zlatopramen beer they serve is excellent though…

U Tomase Stitneho is a traditional Czech pub in the lower part of Zizkov. Their excellent Zlatopramen beer can be enjoyed with some of the typical Czech beer snacks such as Klobasa or Nakladeny Hermelin (pickled cheese). The closest tram stop is Lipanska, which is a 5 minute walk from U Tomase Stitneho.
