This is a light, easy drinking beer- good for lunches, in case you need to be on the sober side for the afternoon. Budvar body has a bready, wholesome taste, with a hint of fruit. But overall, this is a sweeter beer. Only at the end do you taste a slight bitterness. Budvar is brewed in the town of Ceske Budejovice, in the southern part of the Czech Republic.
