Having a rich, creamy head, Svijansky Maz 11° begins with a crisp bitterness. It has subtle hints of lemon, and a slightly sweater taste to its body. At the end, it has a bit of a tangy bitter bite. The body is lighter and good for quenching your thirst on a hot day. This Czech beer is brewed in Prisovice, located just south of Liberec in north Bohemia.
