Svijansky Maz 11° is a classic unpasteurized Czech lager that is made with the simplest ingredients of good quality drinking water, hops, sugar, and Pilsner malt. This lager from the town of Prisovice in Norther Bohemia is a darker, clear golden yellow and has a creamy head. Beginning with a crisp bitterness, it has subtle hints of lemon, and a slightly sweeter taste to its body, finishing with a tangy, bitter bite. At 4.8% alcohol, this is a good thirst quenching beer.
