Hukvaldy (12°) is an unfiltered pale lager beer with a pleasant bitter taste. This yeasty beer has a strong flavour in the beginning, which turns into a more mild after taste. This beer is from a mini brewery in the small town Hukvaldy, located south of Ostrava. This beer was a beer of the week special and might therefor not be served anywhere in Prague at the moment.
