In Prague, having the chance to try Novopacke Svetozor (12°) is a real treat. Coming from the town of Nova Paka, which has a long history in beer brewing, this extremely complex beer combines well many qualities that a beer lover looks for in a good beer. This 12° beer begins with a sweet aroma of hops and fruit. It has a nice thick head, and a full well balanced body. At your first drink, Novopacke begins with a sweet taste of fermented fruits and a touch of honey, but has strong hoppy overtones.
