Matuska IPA Raptor

- Brewery: Matuška
At first glance, Matuska’s Raptor looks dangerous. With a rich, hazy, reddish yellow color, a distinct flora aroma of hops, a touch of yeast, and a sweet fermented smell; you know this beer can knock you off your chair. Raptor is a delicate balance of the smoothness of a lager, with the heart of an ale. It’s delicious, sweet in all the right places, and solidly built, with a richly textured body. Finishing with a bitter, biting kick in on the back of your tongue, it’s far too easy to drink more.
Brewed in Broumy by microbrew stars Matuska, this excellent 15.9° IPA is served in only the best Czech pubs.

I absolutely will try this beer. It sounds absolutely phenomenal. at 15.9 and a sharp kick of yeast, sounds like the perfect beer. I am currently hunting down the closet place to find this so heavenly sounding beer.
