Starting with a light, slightly sour aroma and a tart, fresh hay taste, Matuška’s Apollo Galaxy has a metallic edge to its medium body. Well hidden under a sweeter, slightly citrus flavor, the raw bitterness of hops comes out in the end, but not still not overwhelming- extremely smooth on the tongue. A nicely done pale ale.
