Another fine beer from the Dudak brewery, Klostermann has a rich amber color and aroma of hops. This unfiltered polotmavy beer from the town of Strakonice, in the Sumava mountain region is extremely smooth, and has a lighter body than most half dark, half light beers. The flavor of this beer is mainly tasted on the front and middle of your tongue. It has a sweeter nutty taste, with rich caramel overtones, and a hint of berries and coffee. There isn’t a strong aftertaste either, making it very easy to drink.
