Our favorite beer from the Jihometsky Pivovar is their 11° Polotmave. This bottom fermented amber lager has a cloudy, reddish-brown color and begins with a light, sweet aroma of roasted malt and apricots. With your first sip, you can taste a hint of apricots. This is a lighter bodied polotmavy, compared to many other amber lagers brewed the Czech Republic. However, it’s body has a strong taste of hops- making it pretty bitter from the beginning. Jihometsky Pivovar is located in Prague.
