Bernard Polotmave (11°) is a flavourful amber lager; not too heavy, and not too light. It has a slight taste of coffee and chocolate, with a after taste of cola. Bernard is considerd to be a nicer, “cafe beer” in the Czech Republic, as you usually find the Bernard brand in cafe’s and not in typical restaurants. The main fermentation for this beer takes 7 - 10 days, while the lagering is for 28 days.
